1. Your Order and Agreement

A contract between you and Trix Evo Sports ("we," "us," or "our") is formed once we dispatch or deliver the products you have ordered. Payment confirmation or receipt of your order acknowledgment email does not constitute the formation of a contract. The contract is established only when the products are delivered. Until then, your order may be cancelled by either party.

For security purposes, we may place limits on the quantity of certain products that can be purchased in a single transaction.

The products offered on our website are intended for personal use only and are not for resale.

Once the contract is in effect, Trix Evo Sports will retain ownership of the products until full payment is received, even if they have already been delivered to you. You can contact us at info@trixactive.com.

2. Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products. However, certain items may not be eligible for return, such as products with broken seals or perishable items.

To cancel, please notify us in writing via email within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must care for the products and refrain from using them. Return the items in their original packaging within 14 days of cancellation notification. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping and recommend using a tracked or secure delivery method.

3. Delivery

Home Delivery: Free delivery applies to orders over £40. For orders under £40, a £3.49 delivery fee will apply. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. If your items are unavailable at the same time, your order may be sent in multiple shipments, but we’ll charge you only once for delivery.

Next-day delivery is available for £4.99, or free for orders over £60. Orders must be placed before 8 pm for next-day delivery, excluding specific postcodes.

Evri Parcel Shop Delivery: Standard delivery to Evri Parcel Shops costs £2.99, or £3.49 for next-day delivery. Orders over £25 qualify for free delivery. You’ll receive a notification when your parcel is ready for collection.

Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during sale periods or public holidays, and next-day delivery is unavailable on Sundays.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return unused products within 30 days of your order (or 14 days after delivery, whichever is longer) for a full refund. We’ll process the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

We take great care to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team with the relevant details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund once we confirm the issue.

9. Lost or Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, please report the issue within 30 days of dispatch. We may not be able to issue a refund or replacement for items reported after this period.

10. Complaints

If you have any issues with our products or services, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. Provide your name, order number, and contact details so we can promptly assist you.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the English Law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts and all contracts will be concluded in English. These terms do not affect your consumer rights under applicable local laws

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

By submitting any content to Trix Evo Sports, you confirm and guarantee that:

• All information you provide is truthful and accurate;

• Has been paid for or compensated by any third party;

• Contains links to external websites, contact information, or email addresses;

• Contains any malicious software, viruses, or harmful computer files.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trix Evo Sports (and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and third-party service providers, from any claims, losses, damages (including indirect damages), or legal fees arising from your violation of these terms or any applicable laws, or from any harm caused by your submitted content.

By submitting content, you grant Trix Evo Sports an unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, alter, delete, publish, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and sell the content in any form or medium worldwide, without providing any compensation to you.

Trix Evo Sports retains the right to modify, condense, or delete any submitted content at its sole discretion if it violates these Terms of Use or fails to meet the company’s content guidelines. You understand that Trix Evo Sports is under no obligation to allow you to edit or remove your submissions. Content is generally posted within two to four business days, but Trix Evo Sports reserves the right to remove or reject any submission at its discretion. You acknowledge that you, and not Trix Evo Sports, are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Any content you provide will not be treated as confidential by Trix Evo Sports or its partners, agents, or third-party service providers.

By submitting your email address along with your review, you consent to Trix Evo Sports and its third-party partners using your email to communicate with you about the status of your review and for administrative purposes.

Social Content

By submitting your videos, photos, and/or other content to Trix Evo Sports via Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, or Twitter, including your social media handle, username, profile picture, captions, and location information (“User Content”), you grant Trix Evo Sports, its affiliates, and related entities a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use your content in any form of media. This includes, but is not limited to, use on Trix Evo Sports' websites, social media accounts, emails, digital ads, third-party websites, retailer platforms, and in physical stores for marketing and advertising purposes, both online and offline.

You further grant Trix Evo Sports permission to use your username, real name, image, likeness, or other identifying details in connection with the use of your User Content.

Trix Evo Sports may use, display, reproduce, distribute, combine, modify, or edit your User Content as needed for legal or regulatory reasons, while preserving the original message, with no obligation to compensate you.

You confirm and agree that:

• You own the rights to the User Content or have obtained permission from any individuals featured in it to grant these rights;

• You and all other individuals in the content are over the age of 18;

• Trix Evo Sports’ use of your content will not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights. Trix Evo Sports reserves the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims the content infringes their rights.

You warrant that your User Content is truthful and accurate and does not mislead viewers by exaggerating the effects of any Trix Evo Sports products, whether through pre-production or post-production techniques (such as filters, retouching, or editing).

By submitting your content, you consent to Trix Evo Sports collecting and using any personal information you provide and sharing it as necessary for the purposes outlined above. Your information may be processed or accessed outside of the EEA and shared with affiliates or trusted third parties working on behalf of Trix Evo Sports. By posting your content or providing your personal information, you agree to such data processing in accordance with Trix Evo Sports' Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

You agree not to hold Trix Evo Sports or anyone acting on its behalf liable for any claims related to the use of your User Content.

You understand that Trix Evo Sports is not required to pay you for the use of your content or any associated intellectual property rights.

Trix Evo Sports reserves the right to decline to use or remove your content for any reason at its discretion.

If you change your mind about sharing your content or no longer wish to be contacted by Trix Evo Sports regarding your User Content, you can opt-out by contacting our customer service team.

Subscriptions

Items included in the subscription service will be shipped automatically every month, until you decide to cancel. By placing your order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for future orders.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "My Subscriptions" section in your account.

All transactions are governed by our standard terms and conditions. If you cancel any order, you will receive a refund based on the amount you have actually paid for the product(s).

Termination
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time, without prior notice. In such cases, you will only be charged for orders that have already been shipped to you.
